Jim Wild is a local legend. He’s a former world champion oyster shucker (he opened 30 oysters in 2 minutes, 31 seconds) back in 1984. He’s also the friendly face behind Jim Wild’s Oysters which is a small family owned and operated oyster farm that’s been running since 1978.
The farm sells freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters, Pacific Oysters and fresh Australian prawns to dine in or take away. Jim Wild’s Oysters has become one of the hottest tourist attractions in the region and consistently gets glowing visitor reviews.
